All packages include:

  • Response time SLA for "website down" issues:
    • 15 minutes for website down issues between 8am and 10pm ET
    • 1 hour for all other times unless otherwise noted

  • Purchase and renew your SSL certificate for root/www
  • Create daily backups of your website
  • Scan your site daily for any malware

  • Install and test CMS and plugin security updates once per month as needed
  • Conduct a monthly sitemap check and update
  • Monthly scan for broken links and fix any that are found
  • Monthly review of your CMS error log and fix any issues found

  • Up to 4 hours per month to remediate live site issues (Not to be used for enhancements).
    • Additional hours are billed at out reduced rate - $195/hour
